Delete Your NetNote Account

NetNote is a voice-first memory assistant for professional networking. You have two ways to delete your account and the data associated with it.

Option 1: Delete from Within the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the NetNote app
  2. Open the menu and go to Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Re-enter your password and confirm

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to support@netnoteapp.com from the email address associated with your NetNote account
  2. Use the subject line "Delete My NetNote Account"
  3. Include in the body: the email address on the account you want deleted, and confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent

We will process your request within 4 days and send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

What Data Is Deleted

Account record (email, authentication credentials)
  • Deleted immediately
Contacts, tags, tasks, events, follow-ups
  • Deleted immediately
Voice memos and business card images
  • Not stored on our servers after processing
  • Nothing to delete

What Data Is Retained

Minimal records may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion for the following limited purposes:

Security and abuse logs
  • Logs (such as authentication logs) may be kept up to 90 days to investigate fraud, security incidents, or abuse of service.
Legal and tax compliance
  • Records required to be kept under applicable law will be retained for the legally mandated duration and then deleted.
